How can I make my reservation online ?
On the Reservation/Prices page, you can make a reservation request by filling in the form. We will then send you a contract proposal, which you will send us once you have completed it and accompanied by your deposit cheque.
You can of course also contact us by e-mail..
Can I pay by credit card when I book online ?
No, you can pay by bank transfer and cheque, the final options can be paid on site by cheque or credit card.
Until when can I book ?
By email, the day before until 5pm for a booking starting the next day if we can reach our hostess on site.
When do I have to make my payment ?Your booking is validated as soon as we receive your signed booking contract and the deposit (25% of the total amount) on the date indicated on your contract. The balance of your booking must be paid 1 month before the beginning of your stay. In the case of a last minute booking, you will have to pay, in one go, the total amount of your rental.
Will I have to pay any extra charges ?
No, all charges are included.
Only service or leisure options will be paid for on arrival.
The heating of the gîte and the swimming pool from 1st April to 31st October are included in the rental price.
The deposit of 2000€ will be paid by card via a dedicated email that we will send you 30 days before your arrival.

Can I bring my pet ?No, we do not accept pets.
Can we smoke in the house ?
For your comfort and that of the future tenants, all the interior rooms are non-smoking areas.
What are the arrival and departure times ?
For weekly rentals, arrival is on Saturday from 5pm and departure the following Saturday before 10am.
For weekend rentals or stays of a few nights, arrival is on Saturday from 4pm (Friday in low season) and departure before 5pm. These times are flexible and must be agreed in advance.
Who will give me the keys to the gîte ?
We will give you the number of Anne, on site, with whom you will agree the day before on the details of your arrival. She will be waiting for you at the Clos des Maçonnières and will give you a presentation of the premises, an inventory and hand over the keys.
What do I need to bring with me to a gîte ?
Household linen: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath towels, tea towels are included in the household linen option offered to you.
Will I have to clean up before I leave the gîte ?
NNormally, you should tidy up the gite and leave it in a clean condition. However, cleaning the floors can be included in our offer as an option.
What should I do if I want to cancel my booking ?
Simply send us a letter or an e-mail. The amount of your refund will depend on the time between your cancellation and the start of your stay. For the exact amount of the penalties, you can refer to the general terms and conditions of sale on the back of your rental contract.
What insurance to take out ?
You must provide a certificate of « Holidays » insurance before the start of your stay. This is normally included in your home insurance policy. If this is not the case, you will need to take out a specific Dans le cas contraire, vous devrez souscrire un contrat spécifique « holidays » policy with your insurance company.
